Easy Daily Home Care Use for Results!
Home Treatment will continue to reactivate throughout the day during physical activities and at times when areas are insulated such as when sitting for long periods of time.
Remember, you MUST use sun protection (SPF) if you will be out in the sunlight.
How To Use Home Guide
Step 1. On non-moistened skin, 2 times a week, apply the Grapefruit Body Polisher and massage in circular motions to exfoliate the cellulite area for several minutes. Use the polisher also as your exfoliating body wash when you shower.
Step 2. During the first week of use and at night time apply a dine size of the Self-Heating Contouring Cream to the treated areas. After the first week, you may apply up to quarter size. Note: The botanicals are highly potent when stimulating and heating the fat tissue, so if using for the first time, apply during the daytime.
